SMEs Pack provides a B2B export aggregator platform that connects local SMEs to global buyers. Our services include the facilitation of business transactions, supplier and product curation, price transparency, and other value-added services.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be of legal age as per applicable law and possess the authority to form legally binding contracts.

4. Registration and Account

All users must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Product and Service Specifications

SMEs Pack makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the platform are error-free.

6. Order Placement and Payment

Orders placed through the SMEs Pack platform are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders. Payment terms, including any deposits and final payments, will be outlined in the invoice. Payment must be made by the methods specified on our platform.

7. Pricing and Currency

All prices are in the currency specified on the platform and may be subject to change. Additional taxes, duties, or fees required by the importing country are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping and delivery timelines are provided as estimates. SMEs Pack is not liable for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, shipping disruptions, or natural disasters.

9. Quality Assurance and Inspection

Our suppliers undergo a strict selection process to ensure quality. Buyers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards. Any discrepancies should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds are not generally accepted except in cases of product defect or damage during shipment. Any claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence within 7 days of receipt.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the SMEs Pack platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SMEs Pack or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

SMEs Pack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Changes to Terms
